also heard me say that your energy is about the only
thing you really can control.
I invite you to learn how in one fun-filled and powerful
weekend. This workshop is both regenerating and intensive.
You will learn techniques which are practical, simple,
challenging and life-changing if you practice them.
Specifically, you will learn
to read your own energy field, clean and clear
your chakras, clean and clear your aura, release old
energy patterns and beliefs, how to set energetic
boundaries and consciously direct your energy. You
will also learn how to influence the vibration of
the room you are in, and how to protect yourself from
inappropriate energies.
Many of you have been working with the concept of
energy for a long time; this workshop will help make
it very real. Come explore your
energy, your power, intuition and energetic
abilities as part of your greater soul journey.

Energy Alignment; How to Keep Track of Yourself, even
in chaotic Times
I have long said that managing your energy is one
of the most important things you can do on this planet.
This is still true. I also believe that for those
of us who like to control things, this is a great
way to use that energy.
In this class, you will learn how to recognize your
own energy, bring it into alignment, replenish it,
and finally, to focus it more effectively. You will
also learn how to clean your energy and bring it into
present time. Then you can take on the future!
