that cause us to either hold back our spirit, or shut
it down altogether. It takes both strength and skill
to allow that spirit to thrive openly yet safely.
In this introductory workshop,
you will learn simple and powerful tools to help you
increase your awareness of energy,
intuition and spiritual power. You will also
learn ways to strengthen your heart and spirit for
the work you are here to do.
