What's Up? Who's Up? - Voice Dialogue Weekend

Whether you are aware of it or not, your emotional, intellectual and spiritual selves are constantly giving you input about your life and how you should live it.

Using a process called voice dialogue, you can consciously find out what those opinions are, and how to work with them but not be run by them. This will allow you to stay alive and centered whether you are in crisis, in transition, in ecstasy or just maintaining what you have.

Voice dialogue is a process in which you discover and talk with different voices or energies within you, while creating a container for them. It is by far the most powerful and useful skill I have ever learned. Voice dialogue has allowed me to respond more authentically in my everyday life; it has also helped me to surrender more willingly to my deeper soul journey.


I am now offering a voice dialogue weekend, where you will experience and learn the basics of this fascinating technique.

The workshop will include listening and communication skills, voice dialogue sessions and tips for applying the work in your everyday life. Over time, this will allow you to build a better relationship with yourself and make the changes you want.

Whether you have specific issues you want to work on, or whether you just want to experience voice dialogue, I encourage you to consider this upcoming class.

For those of you already familiar with voice dialogue, this workshop would allow you to deepen yourself-knowledge while refreshing your skills.
